Curvature on the façade is carried through to the inside of the homes, with entry walls & joinery repeating these organic shapes, softening harder edges, encouraging natural flow, and assisting occupants to move easily about the open plan zones. Playing with weight in space, each presents a minimal & sculptural sentiment as you navigate the various zones, tying in with the overall scheme of light and shade.

The implementation of a water component that can be viewed throughout the downstairs spaces ensures the homes can connect to the fluidity and natural, calming feel the pool provides, from the entrance all the way to the courtyard.
