Located in one of Melbourne’s bayside suburbs, this project comprised of two double-storey townhouses with spacious living with 3 bedrooms. 

The design for this residential development solved the problem of a long, narrow site with a long, curved central wall and clean, modern design that achieves strength and clarity through its form and massing. 

Each residence is thoughtfully composed to offer clever spaces, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor areas and strategically positioned to offer abundant natural light. For sophisticated elegant large-scale living, the design approach was to create open interior floor plans coupled with landscaped courtyards, refined detailing, crafted design and a materiality of light & dark finishes enriching the spaces.
