Located in an inner Melbourne suburb north of the CBD, this project involved the interior refurbishment of an old pub to create a gourmet retail, restaurant / café and a culinary educational facility. 

Showcasing speciality Italian wine and produce, the design blends rustic Italian aesthetics with refined modern facilities. It tries to find the right balance between the retail, where the Italian produce shines as centre of attention, and the dining, where patrons would experience the freshly cooked authentic Italian meals. 

The spaces were strategically designed to enhance and encourage patrons to move within the store and restaurant. This was done by incorporating light and dark finishes and fixtures.
